The future of our children is the future of our world. The Pacl Foundation seeks a better future for our world by providing grants and scholarships to individuals and organizations acting on behalf of the youth of Leander and Cedar Park, Texas. Through timely intervention, we will open doors to new possibilities.

Capital Area Reach Out and Read (CAROR) is a non-profit alliance of Reach Out and Read (ROR) programs in the Austin area. Our mission is to promote early literacy in the capital area by supporting ROR programs and concepts in health care settings -- with a focus on children who have limited access to books.

Reach Out and Read (ROR) is a national non-profit pediatric literacy program that is endorsed by The American Academy of Pediatrics, the Texas Pediatric Society, and the Texas Medical Association.
